Training the engineers who protect campuses
Students from partner colleges train free of charge in networking, systems and security, then gain paid, hands-on experience. Tamil-first courses bring job skills to many more learners.
Talent pipeline
Select, train, place
Each partner college nominates about five students a year. Training is free to students and colleges, and run separately from our sales work.
40–50 hours: networking basics, Windows and Linux administration, security fundamentals, and handling personal data under the DPDP Act.
60–100 hours of hands-on work on real campus systems: cabling and switching, backups, monitoring and incident response.
About three months on live projects. The best trainees can join Cretowin; others are introduced to partner employers.
Placements are offered on merit; we do not promise jobs, and we publish programme outcomes every year. The programme is designed to work alongside the State’s Naan Mudhalvan skilling programme.
