It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. For a legal interpretation of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025 or any other law as it applies to your institution, consult a qualified data protection lawyer or the relevant statutory authority.
Results from our readiness check and assessments are indications based on the information provided. They are not a certification of legal compliance.
2. No government affiliation or endorsement
Cretowin Pvt Ltd is a private company. References and links to government bodies, such as the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), the Data Protection Board of India, CERT-In, NAAC or NIRF, or to standard-setting bodies, are provided for your convenience and verification. They do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement, sponsorship or certification of Cretowin by those bodies, unless we have a formal contract stating otherwise. Where we describe audits by a CERT-In empanelled auditor, that empanelment belongs to the independent auditing organisation, not to Cretowin. Cretowin itself is not CERT-In empanelled.
